"Get (sth) off the ground"

   "순조롭게 출발/시작하다(하게 하다)" 라는 뜻입니다.  

캠브리지 사전의 뜻은 다음과 같습니다.

If a plan or activity gets off the ground or you get it off the ground, it starts or succeeds

example :

Now that we have finished the planning phase, we’re eager the get the project off the ground.

A lot more money will be required to get this project off the ground.
